“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” Set Visit Sweepstakes

Please read these rules before entering the “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” Set Visit Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all sweepstakes eligibility requirements.

Eligibility. If you are an individual legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are the older of eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. The employees of Amazon Services LLC (“Sponsor”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and Lions Gate Films Inc. ("Lions Gate”), Sponsor’s and Lions Gate’s respective employees’ immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and Sponsor’s and Lions Gate’s respective affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members), are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. 

How to Enter. You may enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on August 5, 2012 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on August 18, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, you must visit www.amazon.com/hungergames and complete the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person and e-mail address. Sponsor’s servers and clock will be the official clock for this Sweepstakes. 

Prizes. We will award one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the film set of the motion picture currently entitled “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” (the “Set Visit”). The Set Visit is currently anticipated to be held sometime between October 1, 2012 and November 17, 2012 in the U.S. state of Georgia, however, the specific date and location has yet to be determined. Such determination shall ultimately be made in Sponsor’s or Lions Gate’s sole discretion. The Grand Prize has a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $3,000 and consists of: 

- Round trip economy class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and up to one (1) guest between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner's residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at a major airport in the U.S. state of Georgia (the “Airport”). Two (2) nights' standard hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a hotel to be determined by Lions Gate or Sponsor (the “Hotel”)

- Roundtrip ground transportation for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest from the Airport to the Hotel, as well as from the Hotel to the Set Visit and

- Admission for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest to attend the Set Visit on a specific date and time to be determined by Lions Gate or Sponsor, or their respective affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies 

Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Winners’ List. After we confirm the winner, we will post the winner’s name at www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?docId=1000816441 until February 18, 2013.
