It seems like the filming for Mockingjay has already started in Atlanta as actors Liam Hemsworth and Jennifer Lawrence were spotted on the set. Liam is wearing an assumed costume from District 13 (if you know what I mean). You can see the photos below. Thanks PopSugar for sharing.
