Joshua Chislett and his team has just released their film inspired by "The Hunger Games." The story is based on the team's perception on how the Quarter Quell is formed. Here is their plot:
Set 51 years before Katniss Everdeen stepped foot in the arena was Cirrus Quell, the 17 year old District 7 volunteer for the 23rd Annual Hunger Games. The real reason why the Quarter Quell was created.
The runtime of the film is one hour and 10 minutes and young viewers are warned for some violent scenes. The film was shot in Canon T2i/T3i DSLR and was edited using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. The cast for Cirrus Quell are as follows:
