Robert Knepper (Prison Break) has been cast as President Snow's minister Antonius for the movie adaptation of Mockingjay, the third book of the Hunger Games trilogy. This character was not never mentioned on the third book. I think this will show how the antagonists think and work during the rebellion. As you know, the book is written on Katniss' perspective so we don't have any idea what it will look like if it's being told on the antagonists' point of view.
