Here's the first trailer of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 - Our Leader The Mockingjay.
It shows Katniss visiting a district (believed to be District 8) and how she'll lead the revolution against the Capitol. It also shows an enraged President Snow, instructing peacekeepers to kill those who are associated with the mockingjay symbol. Smells like the war is going on.
