If you have read the books, then you already know that President Snow and Seneca don't have dialogue together or individually. The first time I hear President Snow talking, all I can say is - he's freaking terrifying especially when he re-utter the words "why do we have a winner." Oh and by the way, President Snow is seen with his white rose, his trademark as with Katniss' mockingjay pin.
