Mockingjay Part 2 Might be Filmed in Eastern Europe (Berlin & Paris)

According to US Weekly, director Francis Lawrence has revealed that the second part of Mockingjay, the third book of The Hunger Games trilogy, might be filmed in Berlin and Paris for Capitol streets shoots. According to him:
